Shipping policy
At Mumzlife, we aim to get your child's new toy to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
We deliver across India within 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹699
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹699 (shown at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, regional disruptions, or courier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at contact@mumzlife.in and we'll investigate immediately.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mumzlife is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
